The first of its kind! An online spirits appreciation class led by Victoria Chow through 8 key categories of spirits with samples delivered in a tasting kit. Learn about how they are made, some fun facts about them, discuss their tasting notes, and get tips on how to use them in cocktails.

• Each kit comes with 8 sample spirit in 18ml bottles (equivalent of over 3 standard drinks)

• We select only great artisanal spirit brands

• All you will need is a tasting glass (like a Glencairn) or a wine glass to take the class. For a fancier, more professional approach, get your tasting glasses here!

• The live class is 1.5 hours long with a maximum of 12 participants. For private sessions, we have tailored classes from 6 to 156 participants. Just email at victoria@thewoods.hk for more information!

• Classes are conducted in English

• You will need the Zoom application on your computer or device to participate. Download it here. The Zoom link and passcode will be sent to you 24 hours before the class.

• Feel free to share a screen if you are in the same household! We highly recommend 1 kit per person though, as otherwise there may not be enough spirits in each sample bottle for a proper tasting!

• You will be able to select from several available sessions each week

The kit will be shipped within 48 hours of a confirmed order (currently available in Hong Kong only). If there is less than 48 hours before the class time, a rush delivery fee will be added on top of the regular shipping - HKD45 for Hong Kong Island or HKD80 for Kowloon.
